About Us

Mark Haskell is the founder, general agent and managing partner of Haskell Enrollment & Insurance Services, an independent agency located in Carlsbad, California. Mark entered into the health and life insurance field immediately after graduating from Michigan State University in 1967. Mark has dedicated over 40 years of service as a full time professional specializing in health, life, disability and long-term care policies.

Our Agency, HEIS services over 200 companies. Our clients consist of large and small companies. Most of our clients have between 5 and 50 employees. We help them as their broker with every aspect of their employee benefits.

HEIS also focuses on individual and family health insurance; helping the self employed and those who are without group insurance find an affordable plan of their own.

Today, Mark supervises several agents, all dedicated to providing quality insurance services to our clients.
